               Therapeutic Fasting 

Dear Yoga and Movement Community. It is my great pleasure to invite you to my first online offering for 2024  and  to begin the year together clearing out and declutter old stagnant energies from our body, mind and spirit, making space for a new chapter inside and out. 

The Therapeutic fasting method is part of my practice since a few years. I find it extremely helpful to reset my whole metabolic system, digestive system, energy levels, mental focus, and overall wellbeing. Fasting can promote numerous health benefits, including detoxification, improved metabolic function, the rejuvenating processes of cellular repair and autophagy and enhanced weight management.

It is a beautiful opportunity to come together in a held therapeutic online community space where I will share the daily fasting and detox guidelines, in combination with a 30 min online check in where we will have a gentle 15 minute embodied practice and time to share the daily experiences and changes with each other.
